Dr. Jamie Goode comments on Chateau Changyu Moser XV Grand Vin

Dr. Jamie, a famous British wine critic , recently published “Lenz M. Moser and his Chinese dream” on his wine review website wineanorak, recording his two exchanges with Lenz M. Moser, the chief winemaker of Ningxia Chateau Changyu Moser XV, and appending his tasting notes on four wines produced by Chateau Changyu Moser XV, including Chateau Changyu Moser XV Grand Vin 2015 scored 91 points, and the tasting notes described: “it smells of tar, dried herbs and earth. The palate is rich and ripe, full of sweet, rich fruit flavor, and a little tar and spice flavor. Alcohol increases warmth and sweetness. A full-bodied wine with a warm and luscious aftertaste, showing some trends of evolution in the right direction. ”

Moser.
