    Goes well with rich, salty and meaty food. Red meats beef and Lamb, white meat like pork and veal, and poultry like duck and chicken. Also with black beans and soy based sauces, pepper and garlic seasoned sauces, wine and stock based sauces.

    PRODUCTION NOTES:
    2015 is a good year in Yantai Vines 10-15 years old, Yantai being a cool region with a long growing season, like Bordeaux, the moderate coastal climate is ideal for growing aromatic quality grapes with both colour and taste. Gravel and sandy loam soil with slightly acid make it an ideal environment for grape growing, and for the vines root developing depth for minerals and nutrients Selected Cabernet Gernischt ,Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were blended a balanced and complex wine . Fermented in controlled temperature tanks and aged in French oak barrels for over 9 months An elegant wine modeled on a European ideal with distinctively Chinese sensibilities
